Beer fermentation tanks are also called (cylindrical conical tanks), (fermentation containers), primary fermentation tanks or unit tanks because they are used for both fermentation and storage. Fermentation is a process in which yeast converts malt juice into beer. Beer will be aged after fermentation, which is the time for beer to stabilize and age after fermentation.
The tank volume can be 100 to 50000L. According to the requirements, the tank material can be stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L. The tank diameter and height can be customized according to customer requirements.
Stainless steel tank is a convenient and efficient product storage and transportation equipment.
The stainless steel tank cover can be a foldable open cover or a sealed manhole cover.

The stainless steel fermentation tank can be independently controlled by ethylene glycol jacket, and is mainly equipped with overpressure and underpressure valves, CIP cleaning nozzles, sanitary sampling valves, manholes and other accessories. The design of fermentation tank is based on our rich beer knowledge, especially the bottom of conical fermentation tank. It is very important for us to ferment and ripen in the same container. When calculating fermentation and storage capacity and configuration, sufficient fermentation and storage time must be considered to produce high-quality beer.

Design pressure 45 psi; Working pressure 15psi
4 stainless steel legs with horizontal foot pads
Inner shell: 304 stainless steel, 3mm thick

The internal and external surfaces shall be polished to 0.6~0.8, and the surface shall be clean
