Food grade Stainless steel Refrigerated milk silo tank 500ton 1000ton
The grain bin at the bottom of the combined hopper is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is pressed into wavy shape by special equipment, made into standard connection holes, and connected with high-strength bolts. Silos have a wide range of applications, and three silos are matched with one bucket elevator and one traction conveyor. Silos can be customized according to customer requirements.
Main components of silo
The silo at the bottom of hopper includes silo top, manhole, top handrail, vent, ladder, silo body, stiffener, silo door, silo bottom and silo leg.
Silo roofs are usually manufactured as 25 º sealed roofs, or 30 º according to customer requirements.
The cylinder is made of body panels and reinforcements, made of structural galvanized steel with high elastic tolerance, and the tapered bottom is made of galvanized or painted steel. It has the strength to support the silo and has a service life of 28 years. The 45 º hopper can easily unload fine materials such as feed particles.
With 20 years of experience in silo manufacturing, the products have no quality problems.

Production Details
The silo will pass at least 4 inspections before leaving the factory.
During the production process, we have a special inspection team for random inspection.
Some silo parts need welding, cutting, etc., which are operated by professionals.

The factory strictly classifies and packs each part of the silo and silo accessories to ensure that the goods will not be crushed and damaged during transportation.

*If the customer wants to install the silo by himself, we can provide detailed instructions, and we will answer any questions in the process as quickly as possible.
*We can also send engineers to supervise the installation process. Customers can find local workers for the installation work, and our engineers will help them during the installation process.

A3: The selection of prefabricated steel silos is fixed and the diameter cannot be changed. If other silos are needed, such as flour silos, cement silos and square silos, they can be customized.
Q4: What materials do you use in your steel warehouse?
A4: At the top of the warehouse, the tank body is galvanized steel plate, the diameter of the cone bottom is 4.5m, which is galvanized steel plate, and the diameter of the cone bottom is 4.5-11m, which is carbon steel plate.

A5: We mainly have cone bottom steel silos, conveyor belt bucket elevators and flour silos.
