Process of tomato processing line
The tomato processing line has many different equipment, which play different functions and roles in the processing process. First, we introduce fresh tomatoes into the cleaning tank through the elevator, wash them with bubbles in the drum tank, select the cleaned tomatoes on the roller bar machine, introduce high-quality tomatoes into the crusher through the high-level elevator for pulp treatment, and then introduce the processed pulp into the buffer tank. Then we put the tomato pulp into the preheating and enzyme killing equipment for treatment. After the treatment, we introduce the pulp into the beater for refining, Then it is introduced into the buffer tank to continue the vacuum concentration process. The pulp is introduced into the buffer tank, and then the sleeve is introduced for sterilization. After that, it is aseptically filled, and the pulp is packaged for delivery.
