Orange raw material transportation
In order to transfer raw materials from one processing equipment to the next and realize continuous production, a fruit elevator or conveyor is required. It can be used in front of the fruit sorter or between any two fruit processing equipment. There is a scraper on the drive belt, which can clamp the fruit and lift it from a lower position to a higher position.
Fruit elevator adopts stepless variable speed motor. We offer different drives, including stainless steel connecting plates, food grade plastic plates and food grade composite belts. In addition, spray and water collector can be added as required.

In order to remove pesticide residues on oranges, we need to wash them with detergent and then rinse them with spray or tap water. After cleaning, you can select oranges again and remove the diseased, damaged or immature fruits.
In large-scale fruit juice production, fruit washing machine is often used to improve the cleaning effect. The surfing fruit washing machine uses a blower to make the water roll. Therefore, the flowing water will wash the surface of the orange and wash away the dirt. Then, the oranges will be lifted by the scraper, and there are brushes and spray under the scraper to wash the oranges again.
Deep processing of orange juice processing line
The peel of citrus fruits contains essential oil, taro and terpene, which is not good. Endocarp and seeds contain flavonoids such as naringin and limonin. After heating, these substances will dissolve in orange juice, making it taste bitter. Therefore, the pressing method is not suitable for citrus fruits. Their juice is extracted in a conical mold.
The fruit peeling and extracting machine integrates the functions of peeling, coring and slicing. It uses a special conical screen, which is 2-3% higher than the traditional turbine structure. The peeler can be adjusted according to the shape of the fruit to obtain the best peel thickness. The stripping rate is as high as 98%, with less waste.

The extracted orange juice contains some suspended solids. They not only affect the appearance of fruit juice, but also easily deteriorate. Therefore, filtration is a necessary process. For turbid juice, the purpose of filtration is to remove large suspended particles without damaging color, taste and taste. For clear juice, fine filtration is required after coarse filtration to remove all suspended solids and colloidal particles that may lead to precipitation.
